Looking for a Hermes agent course? Before you pay for anything, here's what a good one should actually teach you, what you'll learn to build, and how I'd judge whether a course is worth it. I run my own training on this, but everything below is the honest version — pulled from the Hermes setup I use every day, not a sales pitch.
Most so-called courses stop at "here's what an AI agent is." A real one gets you building a working system you actually use. That's the bar.

What A Hermes Agent Course Should Actually Teach You
A good course isn't a pile of theory videos. It should walk you from zero to a working system — how to get Hermes running, how to talk to it, how to build with it, and how to wire it into your real work. If a course doesn't get you to a system you use daily, it's just content. The whole point is to come out the other side with something running, not notes.
What You'll Learn To Build
Here's the curriculum I'd want — every piece is something from my own setup, so you can see it's real:
- Voice control (Hermes Jarvis): speak to Hermes and it opens apps and builds tools in real time. On day one you should build something small by voice — a game, a timer — so it clicks fast.
- An agent team: using Paperclip I built "Goldie Labs" — a full org chart of AI agents (a CMO on Claude, a Hermes engineer) that build projects together. A course should show you how to set this up.
- The mastermind group chat: agents that read your Obsidian memory, bounce ideas off each other, and agree on a plan based on your business.
- The idea factory: a pipeline that moves ideas from capture → approval → implement → shipped, so nothing gets lost.
- The SEO room: give it a keyword and a case study and it writes and deploys content to your site.
- The Memory Galaxy: your notes turned into a living memory every agent reads, so the system knows your business and gets smarter every day.

Who This Is For
You don't need to be a developer. The whole point of putting everything behind one super agent is that you run it by talking and clicking, not coding. So this suits founders, marketers, agency owners and creators who want AI that does real work — not just another chatbot. If you can describe what you want done, you can learn this.

Do You Need Special Hardware?
No. People assume you need a Mac Studio or a stack of Mac Minis — you don't. A basic laptop like a MacBook Pro is fine. You only need more power for local models, and honestly I don't recommend local models yet; they're not nice to use. So don't let a course upsell you on hardware you don't need.
The Hermes Agent Course I Run (AI Profit Boardroom)
If you want the done-for-you version, the course I run lives inside the AI Profit Boardroom. It's built around the Agent Operating System — my full Hermes setup (voice, the agent team, the Memory Galaxy, the studio, the SEO room) with a step-by-step video tutorial, updated daily.
You also get a beginner-to-expert path, all my playbooks, four weekly coaching calls where you can share your screen and get help live, and a community of 3,000+ people building the same thing. It's the fastest way to go from "what is Hermes?" to running your own system. → Join the AI Profit Boardroom
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free Hermes agent course?
There are free videos and tutorials (mine included), but a structured course saves you months of trial and error and gives you the templates and coaching to actually finish.
Do I need coding skills?
No. You control Hermes by talking and clicking. The course is built for non-technical people.
How long does it take?
You can build something useful on day one with voice. The full system (agent teams, memory, the SEO room) is an ongoing build — but it compounds, because the memory makes it smarter every day.
Where's the best Hermes agent course?
The Agent OS, tutorials and live coaching inside the AI Profit Boardroom — that's where I teach the whole system.
The Bottom Line
A Hermes agent course is only worth it if you come out running a real system, not holding a folder of videos. Judge any course on one thing: does it get you building? Start with voice, build as you go, and put your whole stack behind one super agent — that's the version that actually pays off.
