Five minutes before every client call I run this.
"Read every note in the [client name] folder. Write a one-page summary covering: current project status, last three things we discussed, open questions, what they care about most, what's next. Keep it punchy. No fluff."
Claude reads everything.

Is my client data safe with Claude?
Yes. Anthropic doesn't train on your API data. Your vault stays on your machine. More private than most SaaS tools.
How much time does this actually save?

Can I use this with an existing CRM?
Yes. Export client data from your CRM. Drop it in the right folder. Claude handles it.
What if I have 50+ clients?
Still works. Mine has more. Each client gets their own folder. Claude only reads the folder you point it at.
Do I need to update the notes manually?

Can Claude join my meetings?
Not directly, but drop the meeting transcript in afterwards and it'll extract everything for you.
